Mitchell Animal Rescue SNIP Program Application
The Mitchell Animal Rescue SNIP Program provides vouchers to help cover the costs of locally spaying or neutering pets based on income and residence eligibility. You must submit this application to MAR in order to be considered for a voucher. All applicants will be contacted by MAR within 5-7 business days after submitting the voucher. Thank you!
