The Heart of Our Rescue
The Mitchell Animal rescue is operated entirely through donations, fundraisers and grants. We are grateful for donations of food, pet supplies and money in any amount, and appreciate being remembered in estate planning and endowment giving.
MAR is incredibly grateful for tax-deductible monetary donations that allow us to pay adoption fees, medical bills, spay/neuter fees, gas for transportation to area fosters and shelter care and so much more. We could not operate without you!

Food
The MAR and the City Pound require constant donations of cat, kitten and dog food in order to stay operational. We are always accepting dry and canned cat, kitten and dog food. You can arrange to drop off food donations by emailing mitchellanimalrescue@gmail.com. Thank you!
Pet Supplies
The following pet supplies are always appreciated!

* Liquid hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and laundry detergent
* Dog treats and toys

* CAP Star or generic flea preventative

County Fair Stamps
If you would like an easy way to help the MAR, donate your County Fair Savers cards and stamps to our organization! County Fair donates $0.55 for each card we turn in (in bundles of 50). You will find collection jars in the following local businesses:
